The Worlds2017 Organizing Committee wants to thank everyone who participated in making the ISU World Figure Skating Championships happen. First and foremost we want to thank the stars of this competition: the athletes. Our thanks also extend to the coaches, judges, partners, volunteers, officials and everyone else who played their part in making this a successful event.
Customer research of the ISU World Figure Skating Championships 2017 had very positive outcome. Over 97 % of the public attending the event gave positive or very positive opinion of the event. Especially the great spirit and the way the event was organized were highly appreciated. The event tourists spent total of 10-12 million euros while their stay in Helsinki. Safety, cleaness and the public transportation in Helsinki were the most valued among the tourists. Link to the research.
